Health as the freedom to live the life you choose.
Independent management of your family’s health throughout life.
Family OfficeFAMILY OFFICEfor healthFAMILY HEALTH OFFICE
We apply to family health the same management principle that a Family Office applies to family capital.
One strategy. Independent expertise. Long-term management.
A Family Health Office is a management layer above individual medical decisions and services:an independent framework that preserves the whole picture, sets priorities, and brings the right expertise and resources together around the family’s interests.
One family. One health strategy. For life.
The more options you have, the more important management becomes
When access to excellent medicine is already available, the greatest value is not another option, but theability to choose the right one.
Different specialists see different parts of the picture. Recommendations may conflict. New data and technologies emerge constantly, while decisions are made across different clinics and countries.
Only in the family’s interests
We work exclusively in the client’s interests.
We are not tied to any single clinic, country, or medical provider. Every decision is assessed in the context of the overall strategy, individual risks, goals, and life circumstances.
Medicine becomes part of a personal health strategy — but it does not define the whole of it.
Health is more than medicine
Medical expertise is the foundation of the strategy. But health is shaped far beyond the doctor’s office.
We consider medical data together with the factors that shape a person’s condition and functional capacity.
Always in the context of age, work and business, family, travel, workload, life circumstances, personal goals, and plans.
A health strategy should work within your life — not require your life to revolve around it.
From goals to a measurable strategy
We do not begin with a universal check-up. We begin by definingwhat a person wants to preserve, change, or prevent.
Strategic goals are translated into personalised outcome criteria and key indicators that allow progress to be assessed objectively.
Not every available marker becomes a key indicator. We track what is genuinely linked to the person’s goals and individual risks.
We measure not the number of recommendations completed, but movement towards the desired outcome.
One management framework
Strategy → Expertise → Resources → Coordination → Ongoing support
The strategy brings in the expertise required: physicians and specialist professionals, clinics and diagnostics, prevention and healthy longevity medicine, second opinions, treatment and rehabilitation, medical support, and healthcare options across different countries.
It also integrates solutions beyond conventional medicine — nutrition, recovery, physical and cognitive function, stress regulation, and lifestyle.
Instead of the person moving between fragmented services, the necessary resources are brought together around them.
Your personal Health Manager
Your personal Health Manager coordinates implementation of the strategy and ensures that important actions are not lost between specialists, clinics, and countries.
You do not have to manage the complexity of the system yourself.
Not just today. Your trajectory.
Good results today do not yet tell you where your health is heading.
What may alter the trajectory
How well the body withstands load and recovers
Which capabilities matter to preserve with age
We are interested not only in your current state of health, but in the direction it is moving.
A health history that stays with the family
We preserve continuity of medical data, decisions, progress, key indicators, and personal strategy throughout life.
New decisions are considered in the context of the entire previous history and long-term goals.
Family history, inherited risks, and accumulated knowledge may matter beyond a single individual.
Knowledge about one generation’s health becomes a resource for the next.
From the whole picture to a strategy
Holistic assessment → strategic goals and key indicators → personalised strategy.
Only then do we determine what additional diagnostics, expertise, or other solutions are actually needed.
Not more medical interventions. Better-informed decisions.
Why TrustO was created
TrustO did not begin as a business concept. It grew naturally from our professional and personal experience.
For many years, both of us worked within healthcare — in clinical medicine and the international pharmaceutical industry — seeing the system from different perspectives.
Farid— a physician from a multigenerational academic medical family, vascular surgeon, and PhD in Medicine. His professional path combines clinical practice with work in the international pharmaceutical industry, allowing him to see healthcare both through a physician’s eyes and from within the system where new medical solutions are developed and introduced.
My professional pathfor more than 15 years has been focused on strategic management in the international pharmaceutical industry across Russia and Europe, including strategy development in oncology and gene therapy. TheMCE MBAprogramme added a broader management perspective to this experience.
Throughout these years, we also knew healthcare from the other side. We helped our family members, people close to us, and private clients navigate medical care: finding the right expertise, comparing opinions, bringing data together, and preserving the whole picture where the system inevitably divides it among specialists, clinics, and separate episodes of care.
We know the problem of fragmented healthcare first-hand.
Even when a person has access to excellent physicians and modern technologies, there is often no one who sees the entire history, understands the logic of previous decisions, and helps determine not onlywhat can be done, but what truly needs to be done — and why.
We also saw something else: even the strongest recommendations rarely change outcomes on their own. When nutrition, treatment, recovery, physical activity, stress regulation, and other decisions exist separately, the person has to assemble them into a system — and much is lost at the implementation stage.
This is why an integrated approach and ongoing support became fundamental to us:decisions need to be aligned, integrated into real life, and implemented consistently. We also advance this integrated view of health through ASIZ — the Association of Integrative Health Professionals.
This is how the idea of TrustO gradually took shape: to bring the principles of strategic management to an area where long-term thinking, independence, integration, and continuity matter most —family health.
To create a Family Health Office that stays with the family beyond a single medical episode — preserving history and context, bringing decisions into one strategy, and supporting its implementation throughout life.
It is a lifelong story.
